Managing Sales

Sales

The Sales tab captures the financial results of your team’s activities and marketing efforts. Each record represents revenue generated from client interactions, allowing you to track performance and measure business outcomes.
Access and Visibility

Sales data may contain sensitive financial information. For this reason:

  • Access can be configured by role.
  • Some users may see only their own sales.
  • In some cases, access can be fully restricted.
Working with Sales

Sorting and Filtering

  • Use sorting and filtering options to quickly locate specific sales by date, organization, etc.
  • The full history of sales transactions is available, giving you an overview of revenue trends over time.

Exporting and Importing

  • Export sales records to Excel or CSV for external reporting or offline analysis.
  • Import sales from an Excel file to quickly add multiple transactions.

Adding a New Sale

You can add a sale manually at any time. The following fields are required:
  • Date of the transaction
  • Organization (the customer)
  • Products and amounts included in the sale
Additional details can also be provided for richer reporting and analysis.
Why Sales Matter

Consistently recording sales ensures that your CRM reflects the true financial picture of your business:

  • Performance Tracking: Measure revenue by agent, team, or region.
  • Forecasting: Use historical data to project future sales.
  • ROI Measurement: Connect sales results with marketing campaigns and activities to evaluate effectiveness.
Accurate sales data transforms your CRM into a reliable tool for both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.
