The Payments and Subscriptions settings allow administrators to manage licenses, payment schedules, and billing history. This ensures your CRM remains active without interruption and that financial records are always accessible.
Subscription and License Management

Path: Settings → Domain Settings

License information

Here you can view and manage information about your current license:
  • License status and validity – check when your license will expire.
  • Upgrades – upgrade from Trial to Standard or Professional, or from Standard to Professional.
  • Extensions – extend the duration of an existing license (not available for trial licenses).
  • Payment frequency – choose between monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing cycles.
Best practice: Renew or upgrade your license before expiry to ensure uninterrupted system availability.

Path: Settings → Payments

Payments

This section provides a full overview of past payments, including:
  • Amount paid
  • Date of the transaction
  • Status (successful, pending, failed)
  • Payment requisites
  • Organization details associated with the payment
