Managing Analytics

The Reports tab is designed to manage sales reports imported from external distributors. By uploading these reports, the CRM automatically creates the corresponding sales records, ensuring that all revenue sources are consolidated in one system.

Activities calendar

Activity calendar
  • Displays activities in a calendar view.
  • Each day shows the total number of activities.
  • Days where activity counts fall below predefined targets are highlighted, making it easy to spot gaps.

  • Filters allow drilling into specific activity types, date ranges, or target groups.

Sales

  • A highly customizable report for analyzing sales data.
